Our 3/4 Step Approach in Detail

We like to help you solve a problem and/or get more effective. So we have a solid approach to map out what is going on, what needs to be improved, and how we can do it. this often takes 3 to 4 clearly defined milestones. There are a few things we need to know before we can give you an accurate plan to success that is costume tailored to the needs of your company and its teams, so let’s break breakdown the procedure and elucidate the process.

Step 1: Getting to know you and your company

The first step in polite company is always a formal introduction and meeting everyone involved. We love to do this first so we can get a first-hand account of what is happening in the company and how things can be improved and optimized. This often means finding locked data or data silos and learning which processes need data integration.

Often first-hand accounts are crucial so we know what should be optimized, automated and how data unification  should be visualized for maximum effect. And of course, we would love to know more about you’re company, so we can gauge what is important to the business. With this information we can then have a look at the technical situation with in the company and formulate a plan , costume tailored to our conversation and finding that will put you on the road to data clarity!

Step 2: Stabilizing Underlying Systems (optional)

Sometimes we find a legacy system or something that is on its last leg. As our dashboard will require an underlying information source it may happen we would recommend some bespoke software to fix this process and shore it up so it’s future-proof again.

If the website is an important source of data, we can also fix structural issues here. But please note we do not offer marketing campaign management, we stay with the tech the 1’s, and 0’s. This phase is also entirely optional as we might not have to fix anything. but we can if something needs to be stabilized.

Step 3: Construction of the Dashboard

During this phase, we start to build the dashboard and connect all your systems to it. There is a bit of UX to it and how data gets represented, so we like to do this in a few steps to make sure everything is as clear it should be. And the size and complexity of the underlying systems can be a factor in the duration of construction as well.

Step 4: Delivery and Aftercare

Once completed we will stay in touch if you need us, or in the future if you want to expand the dashboard we will be there.
